What is Crossfit?

CrossFit is a constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements regimen. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, this program is suitable to your needs. CrossFit will help you with balance, coordination, speed, stamina, flexablilty, power, strength, endurance, agility and accuracy. The trainers at Power CrossFit will help you to push yourself and achieve your goals. We utilize short (but not so sweet) workouts, long low-intensity workouts, as well as, strength training days. Your trainers will also encourage you to make good eating choices.
